Natural health is a state of being in complete harmony with truth. The state of being is fundamental to healthy living, and being healthy is a byproduct of living truth. The core of good health resides in one’s inner most thoughts and emotions and in the expression of actions in one’s lifestyle habits. Through consistent proper eating habits, exercising, performing daily relaxation, and obtaining regular 8-9 hour sleep sessions each night, the body will restore, revitalize, and heal itself, thus preventing serious debilitating diseases. These aforementioned actions can be beneficial with a stable, grounded, and open mind and spirit. Being healthy is being vital and alive. Living is being in the moment of absolute truth through self-expression, which brings forth the accumulation of self-knowledge, knowledge of thyself. Being naturally healthy is a state of mind-body-spirit freedom. Notice how the mind is at the front of the triage and the spirit is a product of healthy thoughts and healthy lifestyle actions to the body.
Being in a state of love is being naturally healthy. Being in a state of worry or constant fear is the precursor for disease formation. Natural health goes beyond the often-times viewed boundaries of herbalism, homeopathy, color therapy, massage therapy, Ayurvedic medicine, aromatherapy, Kneipp therapy, acupuncture, etc. The power of thought equates to the action of crawling when we are little. You have to learn to crawl before you can determine your ultimate outcome for how fast or slow, graceful or clumsy, enduring or short-lived, and successful or ineffective you are at movement.
Our ability to think can be used to help or hurt our mentality, physical being, and ultimately our character and soul. Each person has her/his own unique “natural healthy” state. No two states of “natural health” are the same. For one to experience utter and complete health, one has to critically analyze one’s own thoughts, decisions made, and daily actions made, and if they are helping or hurting in nature. The individual has to release ego and conquer the basic fears that plague us in our society. Building or rebuilding one’s natural health is a process that starts from within.
Being “naturally healthy” means that we experience a sense of goodness from ourselves and not through others. We exhibit self-sufficiency in life and are able to make decisions that benefit both others and ourselves. “Naturally healthy” means thinking positive, positive, positive, and always finding the good in a situation, no matter how unfair or unlucky it may seem.
Being in a state of “natural health” lies in accordance with our cells vibrating in a perfect synchronization. Being able to express feelings candidly without fearing criticism or rejection from others and with respect for yourself and others are essential to healthy living and the ultimate self-actualization of the individual. In turn, this “finding of thyself” indicates that you will be able to help others “find themselves” throughout life. Natural health is cyclical, person-specific, and rooted in one’s unique self-expression of truth and freedom.
